How easy is it to use?
We have made the program extremely user friendly. For the most part all you have to do is point and click. There is also a tutorial on the website and there is always technical assistance through 1-888-357-1238.

Our digital technology allows you to insert names, locations or even change images or content and almost all text.

I have a postcard I used in a previous campaign. Can I upload that to your site?
Yes. However, because of the way our online interface works the $400.00 customization fee will apply.

Absolutely. Just give us a call and we will create a custom postcard for only $400.00

I want to use one of the cards, but I want a background color changed. Can you do that?
Sure. Minor changes that you can’t make in the interface are $100.00

Can I remove duplicate names across different lists?
Yes. Go to Manage Lists. Select Dedupe and select all the lists that you want Deduped. It can take up to 24 hours to get your new list back.

How do you know ethnicity?
We code ethnicities by last name origin. It is not 100% accurate.

How accurate is your demographic database?
It contains the most up to date information available. Obviously, people are constantly moving, and new people register everyday. We update files continuously to provide the latest information.

How can I remove contacts from my list?
In the Manage Lists section, select a list and double click to open. Find the contact to be removed and click "remove selected contact."

Can I add myself to all mailings?
Add any number of names and addresses you want to your "Default Address Book" And then select those names when you checkout.

What is my default address book?
Your default address book contains all the names you have ever entered for single mailings.

What does "one per household" mean for mailing purposes?
In order to save you money, we combine similar names and addresses into households. The "one per household" means that only one piece of mail will be sent to that address. Some people get irritated to see multiple pieces sent to the same address. More importantly, it wastes money.

If I create a list using this site, can I download it?
List created on the site will be saved on the site only.

Can I get phone numbers off the list?
The lists do not contain phone numbers.

Can anyone else get access to my uploaded lists or images?
Only users that you add to your account can see your lists or images.

How do I upload my own pictures?
Under Account Management choose Image Management, Upload Images. Follow the screen prompts.

What resolution do my photographs need to be?
If you are taking pictures with a digital camera, upload the image directly out of your camera.

What does the term "priority drop shipment" of mail mean?
Priority drop shipment means that we will truck your mail to your closest regional postal center for quicker delivery.

What stock do you print on?
All postcards are printed on bright, thick glossy card stock containing 50% recycled content.

What is UV coating and why do you use it?
UV coating is a very high glossing process. UV not only makes the cards look great, but it protects them as they are handled by the USPS.

How long from my selected mail date will it take for actual delivery?
It depends. We do everything we can to insure that your mail is handled as efficiently as possible. A general time frame would be 48 hours, but much would depend on the United State Post Office.

Can I let family, friends or volunteers use my log-in to create cards or to view existing material?
Yes, you can share your information and yes, they can create new cards. You do have the option of placing restrictions on what they can change while viewing your mail.

Will a proof of the mailing be sent to me for final approval?
The final version that you submit online for printing is final, no proofs are sent. the mailing will appear as submitted, so be sure to check it over completely before submitting. If there is a question, you can always call 888-357-1238.

What is the minimum amount of mail I have to order to use your site?
You can mail 1 piece if you choose to.

Can I get other people samples to proof?
Yes. In the checkout screen, select the number of copies and the address where you what them sent. They will be mailed UPS ground from Albany and should arrive 2-3 business days after your mail day.

How secure is my information?
Your data is on a secure 128 bit encrypted site.

Can I cancel an order after I submit it?
No, once you finalize the order, it is automatically sent for processing. Once you send it to us, we are not able to retrieve the order.

Yes, you would receive the price break for a 1,000 piece mailing.

How am I billed?
Your credit card is charged as soon as you click "place order".

We will not share or sell any of your private information. That includes your uploaded lists and pictures.

What type of software/computer/internet connection speed do I need?
You need any Mac or PC internet browser with the most current version of Flash Player. Your internet connection speed should be at least 1MB.
